Marinated Skirt Steak With Chimichurri

I don't mean to brag, but I never thought I could make a steak dinner this good. The grill absolutely scares me. I always would leave the men to handle that. But I braved it up this time around and ended up preparing such an amazing New Years Eve dinner for my family. I'd totally do it again. Borrowed this recipe from Grandbaby Cakes. So good! And seriously, it's as good as it looks. Actually... it's better.
