Treat Yourself To This Refreshing Vitamin Rich Detox Soup

Who doesn't love avocados? Every hip millennial and foodie in this world can appreciate avocados for its deliciousness as well as its nutrition. Today I have some really good news: avocado soup. This soup is loaded with vitamins. Whenever I'm feeling under the weather, this is my go-to remedy to boost my immune system. It's literally medicine and the perfect detox to get your summer body ready. I'm excited to share my secret with you, inspired by a recipe from Dr. Axe.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- A blender

- 3 avocados (make sure they're ripe)

- 1 cucumber

- 1/4 small raw onion

- 3 garlic cloves

- 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg)

- 2 tbsp of lemon juice

- 1 cup of water

- 1 tbsp of avocado oil

- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

- 1/2 tsp of chili powder

- a pinch of salt

- a pinch of black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

1). Peel cucumber, and slice avocados

2). Prepare your blender with all ingredients (except garnish).

3). Blend until mix becomes a creamy purée.

4). Voila! It doesn't get easier than this. Serve with some pita bread.
